We are looking for a Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to work for a large glass manufacturing company. This company has been in business for over 25 years and is looking for an individual to join their growing team. This is for a day shift supervisor role that will be managing up to 5 people at once.

This is a hands-on role for an individual who has at least 2 year’s experience working in a shipping/receiving and processing environment.

Duties
-Collaborates with Quality Assurance Manager, Technical Production Manager and lead hands in troubleshooting production-related problems.
-Develops and enforces work safe policies
-Attends/holds regular meetings with other departments to review and resolve production
-Overseeing up to 5 employees on the day shift
-Must oversee the loading of trucks for early morning delivery
-Making the process of loading and unloading trucks more efficient
-Organizing and prioritizing orders

Advantages
-Competitive pay $60,000- $65,000 (depending on experience)

Qualifications
- You must be able to communicate effectively
- Great organizational skills
- 2 years experience with shipping & receiving
- At least 3 years in a previous supervisory role
