job description

We are looking to fill our shipping supervisor position for our Langley location.
We are seeking the right individual to fulfill a position. You will be working with the Shipping & Receiving Team, the successful individual is energetic, focused & highly motivated

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday (flexibility is a must as operations always change)
Start Time: TBD


Responsibility:
- Supervising the receiving, shipping and distribution of fresh produce
- Monitoring the day-to-day processing of all orders are picked with accuracy
- Meeting shipping goals and performance standards, following SOP’s
- Cross training members of the warehouse team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage a team to ensure operations are completed as efficiently as
- possible
- Able to work overtime and weekends
