As our Hydraulic Shop Foreman, you'll be the Captain of the Hydraulics Squad, working on the floor 80% of the time alongside a talented team of hydraulic repairmen and millwrights. Your job is to ensure hydraulic repairs are executed safely, expertly, and efficiently. You'll be the maestro of scheduling, managing inventory, and guaranteeing that our team delivers top-notch repairs and rebuilds every time.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Know the ins and outs of hydraulic systems like the back of your hand: Assembling, disassembling, and rebuilding hydraulic components and collaborating with your team members to complete repair projects efficiently.
Excellent leadership skills - as the foreman you're the one they look up to in the shop.
Time management guru - you can estimate repair times with your eyes closed.
A knack for continuous improvement - we want your ideas for making things better!
Ready for the occasional chat with upper management to discuss how to make things even more fantastic.
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
* 3-5 years of experience in hydraulic repairs (Red Seal Millwright experience is a plus but not required).
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components.
* Ability to lead a team, including a commitment to safety and quality workmanship (3+ years of leadership, supervisor, or foreman experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
