You would be responsible for ensuring excellent client experience for interior designs, architects and other clients, and overall showroom operations and administrative support.
Located in a gorgeous space in downtown Toronto, close to transit and great restaurants and eateries. This is a 1-year contract, full-time with amazing Monday to Friday business hours. Responsibilities
• Manage overall client experience by planning and facilitating showroom tours, liaise between sales managers and clients
• Respond to calls, field questions, communication with internal and external shareholders
• Maintain showroom space in accordance with design guidelines, maintain displays and presentations
• Opening and closing procedures of the space, set up of audiovisual materials, etc.
• Coordinates catering arrangements for events and meetings
• Various administrative duties
Qualifications
• Relevant experience in a corporate office/ high-end hospitality or luxury sales environment
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Adaptable and able to refocus tasks when required
• Interest in design, architecture or similar fields
• Experience in meetings and event coordination, event planning
