    Are you an experienced site administrator with a passion for customer service and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment? We have an opening for a Site Administrator to join our client’s team in the industry . This is a Full-Time Permanent position with it’s home office in Etobicoke, ON. but would be required to travel to worksite in Oshawa, ON.

    Position: Site Administrator
    Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent
    Hours: Monday - Friday | 7:00am to 3:00pm
    Salary: $50,000 - $60,000
    Location: Etobicoke, ON. (travel required to Oshawa worksite)

    Responsibilities
    - Formation and daily up-keep of project schedule on MS project (including implementing recovery methods, progress of completion and allocated resources)
    - Creation and tracking of RFIs/RFQs/transmittals
    - Coordination of work and manpower for sub-trades
    - Job tracking (progress % of completion, availability to invoice)
    - Assistance in creation of Pre-Task Plans and various Health and Safety documentation
    - Tracking of PO’s issued, change orders, and bulletin/field order items
    - Assist with input for monthly billing through a Schedule of Values
    - Present various weekly reports to prime contractor (lookaheads, jobs progress, man hours) in a meeting format
    - Weekly timesheet logging, drawing revision tracking and prepare/distribute meeting minutes
    - Liaison / main point-of-contact between Buyer/Sellers and project manager
    - Overall administrative and clerical duties
    - Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties in this job classification


    Qualifications
    - College Diploma or University Degree
    - 3-5 years of experience as an Administrator in the construction industry
    - Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English
    - Effectively communicate with internal / external senior executives
    - Detail oriented and organized
    - Ability to work well independently and to meet strict deadlines
    - Professional, diplomatic, tactful, enthusiastic, self motivated, proactive, team player
    - Advanced level of proficiency in Windows (Word, Excel, MS Projects)
    - Ability to multi-task and function effectively in a fast-paced environment
    - Experience working for a construction firm an asset
    - Must have a valid class “G” driver’s license and access to a vehicle
