This General Contractor offers full-cycle construction management for commercial interior spaces from concept design to construction completion comprising of renovations, remodels, retrofits and additions.
What you bring:
• 3+ Years supervision experience leading construction site teams
• Strong knowledge of building materials, construction specifications, methods, and procedures and ability to read drawings and specifications
• Coordination of projects with multiple scopes
• Superior knowledge of safety requirements, environmental principles, procedures and legislation
• Strong communication skills to lead internal or stakeholder meetings
• Working knowledge of construction software
• Experience working with tools

Responsibilities
This leader will be accountable for overseeing field operations across multiple construction projects ensuring project plans are executed to the specified design, budget, and schedule.
• Lead and coach skilled trades and subcontractors
• Communicate with site teams re: performance, productivity, quality, and safety
• Identify risks, works collaboratively to develop solutions
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders and other site contractors to ensure project requirements are aligned
• Develop and execute project plans to comply with budget and schedule
