Our client, located in Delta, is looking for skilled Fish Filletters with at least 1 year of experience to join their team.

Employees will be working on the morning shift from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Location is transit accessible. Wage will be determined depending on experience.

Duties of a Fish Filleter:
- Filleting various kinds of fish
- Cleaning and trimming fish carcasses in preparation for the rest of the processing operation
- Checking the fish for any defects or abnormalities
- Putting the carcasses onto conveyor belts and labelling goods
- Working with a variety of hand tools (knives, saws, and hand vacuums)
