- Complete scheduled daily work in a timely and accurate manner
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and well organized work station/area
- Responsible for working in a safe and healthy manner, including reporting any potential/hazards,

- Other work as assigned from time to time by the Production Manager
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- varnished the (stators, rotors, armatures) in the vacuum tank.
- Remove stators, rotors, armatures from the tank, the units are drained and cured in the drying oven.
- Excess varnish is cleaned off and the unit is directed to Assembly.
Qualifications
- Reliable with time and attendance
- Completes scheduled daily customer jobs on time to Company and Transport Canada standards
- Accurate and thorough with prepping, cleaning, painting and documentation activities
- Good team worker
-Competent oral and written English; able to read and follow detailed instruction manuals
-Basic desktop computer and mathematical skills
-Minimum high school or equivalent technical experience
-Experience working with vacuum chamber, drying ovens, painting materials and tools
-Strong interpersonal skills; trustworthy; reliable with time and attendance
