Responsibilities
•Review, clarify and document business requirement details with the client's subject matter experts.
•Work with the client to specify detailed workflows on current “as-is” and provide best practice input in the definition of proposed “to-be” process(s).
•Prepare detailed specifications for configuration and customization.
•Liaise with and support the implementation team on configuration and customization.
•Work with Asia-based R&D and quality assurance teams to meet the client's software solution needs.
•Configure our cloud-based application to support the client's business processes.
•Prepare for and conduct conference room pilots for clients, demonstrating the capabilities of our solutions.
•Work closely with client and implementation team to define and execute test scripts; support internal QA team and client representatives in test execution.
•Prepare process, installation, operating procedure, and user/trainer training documentation
•Provide training and support to the client
•Accurate and timely administration of project progress, documentation, budget, and resource utilization reporting.
Qualifications
•5+ years of experience in implementation SaaS software solutions;
•Experience with enterprise-level system integration projects
•Familiarity with Java, XML, J2EE, JSON, and API technologies a plus
•Experience in Agile Development, particularly Scrum or Kanban
•Scrum Master experience is an advantage
•Excellent written and verbal presentation skills
•Able to travel, as required, on projects
