- Administration of contracts, implementation and selection of risks;
- Management of intermediaries;
- Invoicing, collection and finance;
- Electronic exchanges;
- Submission and renewal;
- Attendance at work;
- Healthcare and SAC;
- Administrator and intermediary portals;
- Member Portal
- Business intelligence (BI)
We are in a context of evolving organizational transformation where the implementation of the new ecosystem and the
migration of the current portfolio to this ecosystem are in progress and in constant alignment.
DEFINITION OF THE MANDATE
Business Architects are responsible, in collaboration with stakeholders, for bringing the Business capability to
assemble solutions in source and target systems by bridging IT and business; to provide business context
extended to all areas; ensure that the decisions taken in the various areas are in line with the vision and to the decisions concerning the whole program.
The Lead Business Architect is responsible for drafting the business case and guidelines for the BUSINESS component,
the identification of activities until operationalization, in particular:
Reconfirm initial assumptions and orientations (Plan A? Plan B)
Understand and participate in the realization of the ETL activities of the migration
Clarify the context related to the need (stakeholders, understanding of the problem, etc.)
Contribute to the confirmation of business needs
Collect, confirm and evaluate existing requirements
Develop solution scenarios
Recommend a solution
Identify the components of the solution (including minimum viable product)
Estimate the costs and effort required
Identify the risks of achievements
Participate in establishing an implementation plan
Participate in the identification of a migration operationalization strategy including change management, training and communication
