Our public sector client is seeking a solution designer / system analyst; well versed in the scrum agile methodology to work with business clients and project teams .


• Be fully versed in the scrum agile methodology

• Coordinate scrum sessions and seek sign offs on the requirements.

• Problem solve, design, present and demo proof of concepts and prototypes

• Analyze Business and Technical Needs and develop technical solutions

• Meet the business areas and extract the requirements for the systems to be build.

• Document the business requirements and design use cases. Create prototype design that provide different options to meet business requirements.

• Create functional design documents that include responsive web design, explain and promote best practices in responsive user experience and include AODA compliance

• Create, process diagrams, conceptual and logical models, perform options analysis, gap analysis and provide recommendations working closely with the business and development teams

• Translate user and/or systems requirements and information into functional technical specifications

• Write and maintain detailed systems documentation, include user manuals and technical manuals. Act as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction

• Write pseudo code, design algorithms where needed to ensure quality development of the solution.

Business Skills & Knowledge of Methodologies

• Experience with Complex Solution Design and Architecture

• Experience with mobile web design, responsive design principles and behaviors of various devices, operating systems and browsers under
different web technologies in mobile development

• Experience with data design, Metadata and data mapping

• Experience with the Business Process design Re-engineering for application

• Experience with gathering requirements, analysis and design and methodologies to gather requirements

• Experience with business analysis methodologies and AODA compliance.

Experience and Technical Skills:
• Strong understanding of relational databases, n-tier application architectures and web services.

• Experience in SQL.

• Experience in designing algorithms and writing in pseudo-code, as well as being versed in at least one programming language.

• Experience with analyzing business requirements and existing solutions for mobile transformation

• Experience with identifying, designing, and documenting mobile solutions, web services, REST APIs, and promoting best practices

• Experience with gathering business requirements for web-based solutions

• Experience with analyzing requirements and identifying gaps

• Experience in integration of business initiatives and IT solution

• Experience with business Process analysis and re engineering to help Business transformation

• Experience with integrating and transforming business process with IT systems

• Proven track record of identifying opportunities for and designing/implementing processes to increase efficiency in business

representing end-users from diverse servicer provider organizations

• Facilitating business requirements and design workshops in mobile transformation of existing solutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

• Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with client organizations

• A team player with a track record for meeting strict deadlines
