Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of spa professionals, including therapists, aestheticians, and support staff.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance the spa's operations, customer service, and profitability.
Oversee scheduling and staff allocation to ensure optimal coverage and efficient use of resources.
Maintain high-quality standards for treatments, therapies, and customer service, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and continuous growth and development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective promotional strategies and campaigns.
Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring they are well-stocked and replenished as needed.
Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting, and take appropriate actions to achieve revenue targets.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or spa or esthetics environment, with at least 1 year in a managerial or supervisory role.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for clients.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and staff.
Understanding of financial management and ability to analyze data and reports.
