Specialist – Investigating and Solving System Problems (Trouble shooting)
Montreal, Quebec
Permanent Position

You will be responsible for handling any problems that our internal staff or external clients encounter while using our integrated solution.

Responsibilities :
• Become familiar with and develop a functional and technical understanding of the integrated solution architecture so that you can quickly identify the root cause of problems encountered
• In conjunction with programmers and analysts, assist in the analysis of problems reported by internal and external clients who are using our integrated solution
• Understand and follow the steps in the problem-solving process
• Document the diagnostic procedure in order to identify the problematic process and/or component
• Occasionally manage access to our solution by clients and internal teams

Succeeding as a Specialist – Investigating and Solving System Problems (Trouble shooting) will require the following core qualifications and skills:
• College or university degree in computer science
• Minimum of one year of related experience
• Knowledge of integrated solutions systems that use workflows, databases and an SQL Server
• Proven organizational skills and ability to handle several cases simultaneously
• Creativity and initiative on the job
• Bilingual
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM considered an asset
• Be available to provide support
