This role will be supporting the Editorial team for one of our top banking clients. The team is made up of 6 writers who are responsible for all content that is written for both client and internal sites for Investors Edge. They also write the communications and provide any content required for projects within Investors Edge.

Daily Job Duties/Activities:
• Review all content on Investor’s Edge digital properties to identify content that should be revised to reflect new tone of voice.
• Re-write content to reflect new tone of voice.
• Work closely with the visual designer to determine copy placement and other visual elements based on new design.
• Create a new content Style Guide that incorporates new tone of voice plus existing rules, including accessibility.
• Work independently and take on a leadership role within the project to ensure an exceptional client experience when interacting with Investor’s Edge.
• Present work to project and senior stakeholders in person.

• 5-7 years of experience in a content writing position within an enterprise-level organization
• Samples of writing required
• Excellent writer with content development experience
• In-depth knowledge of style guides and applying style guides to written work
• Experience presenting to large groups
• Experience working independently and managing own timelines
• Financial services experience, preferably with brokerage or investment knowledge
• Experience writing for digital platforms
• Familiarity with web accessibility guidelines

Nice to Have:
• French language skills
• Investment industry certifications (e.g., CSC)
