Responsibilities
• Coordinating and facilitating the add/remove process for iGames.
• Managing integration estimates for Casino and Digital Instant games based on an established budget.
• Track progress and review tasks to ensure completeness and accuracy for billing and forecasting.
• Diligently manage the change log process from end to end for all iGames vendors.
• Proactively communicate process requirements and timelines to establish clear ownership for tasks both internally and with vendor personnel.
• Track progress through assessment and testing phases while working to resolve issues identified that could impact release deadlines.
• Ensure all tasks are complete for regulatory review and approval.
• Suggest areas for improvement and ensure all documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Project Manager to support primary ALC Project Managers within the Project Management Office to complete PM activities on ALC Enhancements / Projects.
Details
Specific project assignment will be confirmed based upon internal ALC Project Manager capacity and timing of needs.
High level responsibilities of this role will include:
The Project Manager responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Assist with the Coordination and delivery of enhancements/projects, track progress and review tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
• Understand and communicate requirements to appropriate team members, establish clear ownership for tasks, and provide timely feedback.
• Proactively communicate status, issues & risks to ALC PMs and management.
• Assess issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality, resource/performance issues, vendor issues, product issues, and process issues.
• Facilitate the estimation for work deliverables.
• Assist with Change Request management.
• Provide general consulting with ALC stakeholders.
• Assist with the development of Statements of Work with internal stakeholders and external service providers regarding short-term deliverables and solutions.
• Track progress and review tasks to ensure completeness and accuracy for billing and forecasting.
• Track progress on deliverables while working to resolve issues identified that could impact deadlines.
• Ensure all tasks are complete for regulatory review and approval.
• Suggest areas for improvement and ensure all documentation is complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Qualifications
Mandatory skillset and expertise:
• Intermediate to Senior level PM experience
• Relevant university degree and 5+ years of progressive project management experience.
• Direct Gaming and/or Digital IT experience would be considered an asset.
Key Skill Requirements:
• Strong project management skills – organization, scheduling, problem solving, communication
and presentation skills; including MS Project and Enterprise Project Server.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to articulate and facilitate key project processes procedures and best practices.
• Ability to document issues, risks, alternatives, and recommendations in an effective manner suitable for executive consumption.
• Ability to listen to input of others, values outside perspectives that may be different or unique from your own expertise and build collaborative and trusted stakeholder relationships before finalizing plans while continuously seeking feedback.
• Exceptional client communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to resolve and manage conflict.
• Sound business acumen.
• Ability to act with urgency when it comes to project delivery and task follow-up.
