Responsible to plan, define project scope, and oversee full delivery of projects of moderate to high complexity, risk and exposure.
Determine resource and budget requirements, cost estimates, and timelines.
Implement mitigation and contingency plans for projects at risk.
Oversee project team activities.
Provide ongoing communication of project status to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, complying with all regulatory, environmental, and health & safety requirements.
Client Relationship Management - establish and maintain effective relationships with clients, resolve issues, manage client expectations ensuring client satisfaction.

Project Management Institute Accreditation or LEED certification would be an asset
