    Responsibilities
    -Delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
    -Motivating the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.
    -Hiring, training, and overseeing new staff.
    -Responding to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
    -Ensuring store compliance with health and safety regulations.
    -Developing and arranging promotional material and in-store display
    -Undertaking store administration duties such as managing store budgets and updating financial records.
    -Conducts periodic audits of product prior to entering sales floor to ensure quality and pricing consistency
    -Maintain awareness of environment to assist with loss prevention
    - Daily sales/mattress/paint inventories, ensuring inventories are balanced
    - Excellent customer service insight, with a friendly demeanour and attitude
    -Scheduling to manage multiple team members’ availability and desired hours


    Qualifications
    -5 + years of experience working as a retail manager
    -Proven track record of running high volume store
    -Knowledge of health and safety
    -Related Diploma/Degree
    -Strong leadership and customer management abilities.
    -Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.
    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    -Knowledge of basic accounting procedure, Microsoft office
    -Ability to work flexible hours for business operations
