Our client has partnered with Randstad Engineering in the search for an Intermediate Structural Engineer to join their growing team in Ottawa!

In this role you will have an impact on…

• Design, internal coordination, and contract administration for construction of industrial and commercial projects
• Travel visits to client and construction sites and create supporting documentation
• Assist Project Managers with project execution
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and budget estimates
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and architects on projects
• Travel between offices to meet the needs of projects or for training purposes

You’re an ideal candidate for this role because you bring…

• Possess a degree in Structural Engineering
• 5-10 years of related experience
• Previous experience in a consulting office
• Experience in the design of structural systems involving steel, concrete, wood and masonry
• Project management experience is considered an asset
• Valid driver’s license
