If you answered YES to these questions, then we want to hear from you! Our team is looking to hire an intern to join our Industrial Design Team who has a passion for design and a willingness to look outside the box for ideas!
Job Responsibilities
The duties of the Industrial Designer Intern will include things like:
- creating samples
- maintaining a clean and organized work area
- helping to produce presentation samples(mock-ups) for approval using the Kongsberg sample table and Epson prints from the graphic design department
- creating CAD drawings for the Estimation department, providing pallet patterns using the TOPS program (palletizing software)
- Packaging school or industrial design background ideally
- Someone who is creative and willing to learn
- This job involves a lot of cutting and sample work so a willingness to participate in those tasks
- Artios CAD, illustrator
- SAP experience is a HUGE asset
- Someone who is a self starter who works well with minimal direction
