A new challenge tempts you? A large company located in the lower Laurentians is looking for a bid administrator. The candidate sought must have at least 3 years of experience in creating large-scale submissions in the manufacturing field. He must also be fully bilingual both orally and in writing because submissions are made in English. If you have mechanical and electrical knowledge this will be an asset. This position will be for a period of 1 year and you will work closely with the other bid administrators for your training.

Among other things, the job of the submission administrator is to

- Create a personality submission based on calls for tenders;
- Collaborate with the departments involved to obtain technical, commercial and financial information
necessary for the creation of the tender;
- Ensure the integrity and quality of submissions before their presentation to clients;
- Validate delivery dates and ensure that they meet customer requirements;
- Request quotes from certain external and internal suppliers (guarantees, manuals, training and
- Make sure you have all the characteristics of the products necessary for establishing the cost price;
- Manage and keep the submission schedule up to date;
- Write the content of submissions and assemble the relevant documentation to be added, including
warranties, proposed training, drawings, etc. ;
- Collect and print the submission documentation;
- Make sure you get all the necessary form and documentation signatures;
- Follow up to ensure that submissions are received.

For the start of your mandate due to the current situation and unless otherwise decided you will be teleworking;
The work schedule is from 8h to 17h;
The salary will depend on experience 50,000 to 60,000;
The contract will have a duration of one year.

- Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent experience;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing company;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in bid management or project management, or 5 years
experience in business administration, sales or marketing;
- Bilingualism (French-English, oral and written) essential.
