One of our top clients is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors System Administrator. Initially this role will assist with the final stages of reconfiguration of the Employee Central and the Recruiting modules and then provide post go-live and on-going super user administrator support for the Employee Central, Recruiting, Goal and Performance, and Compensation modules. This role will work closely with the SAP Customer Success Manager and internal HR subject matter experts on routine system maintenance and upgrades, deployment of annual cycles, and oversight and resolution of system performance. The SuccessFactors System Administrator will also provide guidance on transaction procedures and data maintenance to the HR Shared Services team, maintain user guides, and create or execute routine and ad hoc reporting.

Key responsibilities

Serve as the super administrator for SuccessFactors, including configuration, functionality, documentation, testing, implementation, user profiles, end-user experience, and reporting.
Lead the day-to-day relationships with external partner(s) in support of the SuccessFactors solutions, including routine and ad hoc system maintenance/upgrades, configuration and implementations, etc.
Ensure ongoing data quality and integrity by performing routine audit queries and analyzing the data. Identify and troubleshoot integrity gaps, develop scalable solutions, and document and deploy fixes that increase automation and enhance data quality and integrity.
Establish and maintain HR data processes and documentation, including needs analysis, configuration specifications, data requirements, workflows, integration points, etc. Recommend process/ service improvements, innovation solutions, and/or policy changes that increase automation, efficiency, and/or quality.
Continuously improve the Self-Service strategy. Drive the adoption of Employee Self Service (ESS) and Manager Self Service (MSS) functionality within the SuccessFactors solutions through user enhancements, marketing, training, etc.
Develop transparent user procedures, guidelines, and documentation. Perform end user training as needed.
Create, and maintain routine and ad hoc HR queries, reporting, and metrics. Work collaboratively with HR and business stakeholders to develop and deliver standard reporting to meet current and future business needs.
May partner across the organization (e.g. HR, IT, Finance, etc.) and external partners to ensure SuccessFactors is optimally configured, maintained, and utilized. May collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and prioritize HRIS projects aligned to the business needs and lead HRIS projects and project teams to execute HRIS priorities.
Maintain awareness of current trends in HR with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies. Examine trends in information systems training, materials, and techniques.

Qualifications
Prior super administrator experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central required.
Prior super administrator experience in other SuccessFactors modules preferred (e.g. Goal and Performance, Compensation, Recruiting, etc.).
