Responsibilities
As Superintendent, the responsibilities include supporting your direct reports, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, managing change initiatives, providing feedback to improve departmental inefficiencies, and ensuring project progress documentation is provided to appropriate departments.
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience as a Superintendent
* Experience with supervising multiple large scale Commercial job sites
* Specialist in structural steel or rebar considered an asset
