Responsibilities
•Ensure performance against plan of Supply Chain deliverables for International New Market Entry initiatives, as measured by milestones, KPIs, and supporting metrics.
•Ensure clear and effective communications across project teams, lululemon functions, 3PL Partners and other external suppliers/ business partners.
•Provide line-of-sight to PMO and NMO leadership to status, issues, risks, and required decisions across projects.
•Collaborate cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improving the new market entry process and planning for future capabilities.
•Point of contact for International and Tech teams with Global Fulfillment and 3PL partners to ensure the delivery of defined business capabilities and timelines within project scope.
•Tracking of project budget and change requests.
Qualifications
•B.S. in Business, Engineering, or technical area. (MBA / master’s degree preferred.)
•Min 5-7+ years’ experience in consulting, project management, or a similar field (Retail or Consumer Products preferred).
•Experience working with 3rd Party Logistics Providers preferred.
•Strong business, leadership, planning and organizing skills.
•Proven experience in project management with multiple functions and business partners
•Functional expertise in Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Fulfillment
•Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
•Facilitation and issue resolution skills; ability to drive consensus.
•Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified deadlines.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products
