Responsibilities
The responsibilities for this support agent role are:
-Use available tools to solicit and sign new warrants.
-Perform data entry and web searches.
-Analyze the client's file and propose the best solution to recover the money.
- Carry out a rigorous and structured follow-up of the files in progress and ensure continuous operational efficiency.
- Assist the Contact Center department with pre-tenancy investigations including credit inquiries, employment references, rental references, civil, criminal and Régie du logement files as required.
-Act as a customer service representative and provide products that are focused on member and customer needs.
Qualifications
The qualification for this support agent role are:
- Bilingual (French and English).
- Experience in collections or customer service.
- Computer skills and internet research
- Versatility and ability to work with multiple files in progress.
- Have a sense of organization
- Professional, punctual and dynamic.
- Accustomed to working in a team.
- Accustomed to working under pressure with deadlines to meet
