Responsibilities
Troubleshoots Windows operating systems, storage, network connectivity and software issues
Administration of Microsoft O365
Escalation Support for all Microsoft Technologies.
Monitoring system performance
Develops and maintains documentation including server build docs, configuration standards, and infrastructure architecture
Manages security and OS patch management level on servers
Provides regular status reports on tasks accomplished, current issues, and progress toward goals
Maintains up-to-date documentation of system design, operation, and procedure manuals
Manages projects, ensuring they are kept under budget and completed in a timely manner
Follows ITIL best practices in Incident, Problem, Change and Release management, resolves business impacting issues within SLAs
Participates in rotating on-call coverage or emergency response, as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
A minimum of five (5) years of experience in an Enterprise Windows environment and proficiency with currently supported editions of Microsoft Windows Server
Knowledge and application of Microsoft Windows System Administration
Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office 365, which emphasis on email
Expert level knowledge of PowerShell
Experience supporting production and pre-production environments across multiple locations and the technologies to support them
Understanding of ITIL processes
