Our top insurance client is looking for a dynamic and motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to join their team. Be part of a high performing team, where collaboration, diverse perspective, business partnership and most importantly your personal development is top priority.

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be advising business leaders on recruitment strategies in finding ways to attract, select, and retain top talent. You will have the opportunity to contribute and execute the talent acquisition strategy, process and delivery.

Accountabilities
This is a role for the experienced recruiter who:
• Strengthens relationships with hiring managers (build trust, inspire confidence, earn respect)
• Anticipates future talent and skill needs based on deep understanding of business strategy and direction
• Proactively builds, nurture and engage talent communities
• Knows their markets – both internal and external; where talent and skills are available, and, when sparse, where to find quality candidates
• Provides market intelligence and insight to develop sourcing and recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Conducts industry research, keeping abreast of the latest news and trends of the recruitment world.
• Supports Diversity and Inclusion and understands the positive impact it has on company culture and the businesses bottom line
• Continuously looks to improve candidate, new hire, hiring manager and recruiter experience.

Qualifications
• 5+ years experience talent sourcing/recruiting for roles with proven success metrics, either in-house or agency
• Strong Talent Scout capabilities to find top talent by leveraging social networks, research tools, as well as more creative techniques to identify potential talent
• Skilled in relationship building; possesses skills to quickly establish trust, credibility and effectively manage others through influence
• Flexible and resilient; able to adapt to multiple demands, shifting priorities and changing business conditions
• Data-driven in everything you do; you take pride in data quality and data integrity
• Intellectual curiosity with a passion for trying new methods and challenging the status quo
• Proactive, Self-motivated, confident and able to work effectively with little supervision
• Experience with technology (Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe) and an applicant tracking tool (Workday preferred)
