This Value-add program will provide a wide range of options to suit your needs.ResponsibilitiesLeads Operations and Reporting• Own and manage the Leads process and lead source recommendations by reviewing blocks of leads recommended• Pull and summarize lead reports and presenting insights across the team• Track client engagement, cost per acquired sale and other lead success measures, assist with problem solving and testing out new approaches to enable success• Define project plans including objectives, work streams, owners, and milestones to execute leads strategy and planning• Organize and successfully work with cross-functional team to research, analyze, develop, and present recommendations on lead sources• Support salesforce CRM usage and queries• Help develop and maintain database (Microsoft Access) to track Clients and prospectsCampaign Management• Plan, set-up, and execute digital campaigns• Leverage personas, customer journeys and data strategies to develop and implement marketing automation programs• Gather, document, and help form business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and technical requirements• Support the project throughout the campaign implementation process• Evaluate success of campaigns, and set up future campaigns and A/B testsQualifications• A minimum of 5+ years experience in a related field• Bachelor of Commerce or related degree in relevant fields• Experience in direct B2C, business development and building client acquisition capabilities such as lead generation, prospect nurturing and lead management• Proven balance of analytical and creative problem-solving skills• Ability to prioritize and meet tight timelinesSummaryIf you're interested in the Client Acquisitions Manager role, please apply online at www.randstad.ca.
