    We have a wonderful opportunity for you located just 25 minutes outside of Montreal in Rigaud.

    Advantages
    - Base salary: $22,33/h - $24,64/h (based on experience)
    - Evening prime: $6250/year (3$/h)
    - Group insurance from day 1
    - Group RRSP with employer participation
    - One free frozen meal per day
    - Evening shift: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm (+/- 1 hour per day, overtime paid)
    - Located in Rigaud (25 minutes outside of Montreal)

    Responsibilities
    Under the directions of the supervisor, the team lead will:
    - Supervise the production line
    - Prepare the equipment and staff needed for production
    - Insure all production machines are in order
    - Help solve any production/staff related problems that arise

    Qualifications
    - 2-4 years of experience in production or in a related position (a plus)
    and/or
    - 2 years experience as a team lead, supervisor, or in a similar position (a plus)
    - Comfortable with working in an environment that contains food
    - Comfortable with working in an environment that could be cold or hot
    - Can provide a past work reference
    - High school diploma or equivalency
    - Ability to travel to Rigaud
    - Bilingual
    - Team oriented
