    Responsibilities
    - Management of the store inventory
    - Supervision of his/her team, schedules, and department organization
    - Follow the merchandising standards established by the merchandiser
    - Optimize customer service
    - Ensure the integration of new employees
    - Implement health and safety regulations in the workplace

    Qualifications
    - Able to lift, push, and pull 50lbs
    - Experience in a team lead role or similar position (a plus)
    - Open to working day, evening, and weekend shifts
    - Experience working in a store environment
    - Able to speak and read in French. (English is a plus)
    - Knowledge of hardware tools (a plus)
