Reporting to the Production Supervisor, this fast paced position assists with supporting and managing a team in the facility. The ideal candidate has warehouse leadership experience and must be exceptionally detail oriented; able to track multiple facets of the assigned warehouse functions daily.
Job Description

- Leading and managing teams to drive towards a goal and to complete deadlines on time

- Enforces the plant's safety program including good GMP's
- Lead and enforce SQF policies and procedures
- Trains, motivates, and monitors performance of warehousing employees. Recognize good performance and takes corrective action when needed
- Creating and maintaining a sense of team spirit and morale in the factory in order to achieve a common goal
- To serve as a role model for the company's values and to support corporate and factory policies and objectives
- HS diploma or equivalent is required
- 5+ years of management or shift supervising and/or leading experience is preferred
- Leadership skills, organizational skills and the ability to multitask are key for success
- Ability to work efficiently with hands, have stamina and proper coordination to perform duties for 12-hour shifts
- Must be able to lift at least 50lbs
- Previous warehouse/factory experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Raw material knowledge, computer skills, and SAP & MES skills needed to fill out required paperwork correctly are all preferred skills
- Has the ability to remain calm in challenging situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
- Shifts will be primarily nights, but expect training day shifts to begin
