Nous recherchons un candidat qui possède un minimum de 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion d'équipe d'helpdesk et plus de 5 ans dans le support direct aux usagers dans un environnement Windows.

Tu as de l'expérience dans un rôle de service à la clientèle?
