    The Technical Customer Service Specialist will assist our Manufacturing Clients customers with all aspects of purchases and repairs of Mechanical Seals.

    This is a great entry-level role leading into a career in operations, engineering, or many other Canadian and global roles.
    The ideal candidate will have a mechanical aptitude with the willingness to learn and grow. We are excited for you to apply!

    This is a Hybrid model work environment requiring 2-3 days per week in the office, located in Stoney Creek.

    Responsibilities
    - Work closely with external and internal customers and outside sales teams
    - Answering requests for quotes and pricing, order entry, inventory, delivery information via email and phone
    - Resolve complaints, problems and handle emergency calls.
    - Responsible for order management by interpreting customer requirements and drawings
    - Co-ordinate between internal departments like engineering, manufacturing and assembly to verify customer requirements


    Qualifications
    Required Skills:
    - 3 to 5 years of customer service-related experience in a manufacturing setting
    - Ability to read detailed drawings and utilize measuring instruments is an asset
    - Excellent written and oral communication skills
    - Computer skills including Microsoft Office
    - Excellent time management skills
    - Bilingual French an asset
    - Previously working in a manufacturing setting would be beneficial.

    Education: High School Diploma, Mechanical Technologist/Technician College an asset
