    The Technical Expert’s mission is to support his or her group, business partners and clients by carrying out specific interventions related to his or her field of expertise that respect Cascades' business objectives, deadlines and established budget. You use your technical expertise to perform rigorous diagnostics of operational processes and propose innovative and value-added solutions to your business partners and clients. Finally, you implement best practices in your sector to ensure customer satisfaction and your achievements’ sustainability through effective knowledge transfer within the company.

    • Propose recommendations and improvements based on your reviews
    • Monitor best practices in your field of expertise
    • Share knowledge related to your area of expertise

    • Apply current best practices
    • Respect the control points established for each project, from the time the assignment is made to the time the project is finalized, following the different steps of the project management process
    • Adhere to project budgets and timelines
    • Ensure that your work is high quality

    • Strong ability to positively influence partners and clients and guide them towards best practices
    • Openness that allows you to gain a thorough understanding of the needs of partners and clients
