Responsibilities
Project Management – Outline project goals, terms of reference, resource requirements, and costs. Help create a resource plan that ensures all stakeholders have a voice on the project. Assess the efficiency of the practices and procedures used by a team and provide guidance that will continuously improve the project plan.
Collaboration – Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Work closely with teams as you work toward a common goal and negotiate deliverables and milestones whenever necessary.
Project Coordination – Proactively identify anything that will take projects off schedule and find solutions to correct the problem. Monitor milestones, and ensure they’re completed according to timelines and budgets. Execute a project plan that is personalized for your team’s preferred mix of quality, time, and cost.
Customer Engagement - You put our customers first. You engage with purpose to find the right solutions. You go the extra mile because it's the right thing to do.
Relationship Building: Grow your network, deepen existing relationships, and collaborate with others to ensure clients are connected to the right people and opportunities.
Qualifications
PMP designation
10+ years of project management experience
5+ years managing complex enterprise networking and infrastructure projects using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Must demonstrate good organizational and time management skills with the ability to self-manage
Demonstrated ability to work independently
Standard PM Role - with years of 10+ years of experience in managing stakeholder expectations, enable weekly status calls, manage end to end project
PMP Certification
Should have experience on Technical and Business Aspects - Creating WBS, Project Plan, Business Reports.
Should have worked on Infrastructure/Networking type of projects.
Should be able to work on agile/waterfall PM methodologies.
Experience working in SDWAN - Should have done end to end implementation
