Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and monitor large projects with complex scope, multiple workstreams and interdependencies.
Drive work to completion and effectively manage and report on scope, risks and issues and timelines
Develop relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and cross functional teams to ensure solutions meet timeline and business objectives.
Ensure all project / program tasks are clearly understood, assigned and tracked.
Own and track capacity planning and velocity for the team, responsible for successfully delivering all committed deliverables
Own all responsibilities and artifacts belonging to the PM role based on RACI or RAS established
Report on progress for quarterly committed initiatives
Partner with BA and product managers to ensure requirements are complete for delivery team to do their work
Drive conversations amongst business, product and engineering teams to ease conflict resolution or lift dependencies and blockers
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have a B.S. degree in IT, Project/Program Management, Computer Science, Data Science or equivalent
At least 6+ years’ experience in a project management role within a large digital technology organization proficient with Confluence and JIRA, creating and navigating technical tickets and documentation
Knowledge and technical experience on Microsoft Azure, SnowFlake, Okta, Reltio and
Customer/Master Data Management, SalesForce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Ability to successfully manage priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
PMP/SM certification considered an asset.
Experience with successfully managing large teams (15-20 people).
Demonstrated ability to build constructive business and IT relationships and gain the trust of others in a cross-functional environment.
Proven ability to meet deadlines and operating under tight time constraints with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, negotiation and presentation. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms.
Experience leading agile teams and Agile sprint ceremonies is desired.
