Our client, a distributor of instrumentation and control products and services for a diverse clientele, is currently looking for a sales representative to support his team in Montreal. This solution specialist will be called upon to grow its existing customer accounts as well as develop a brand new customer base.

The person sought is characterized by his technical knowledge in instrumentation and his keen business sense. On a weekly basis, the solution specialist will have to increase contacts with a targeted clientele in order to increase its market share.
In short, the sales representative must:
• Maintain business relationships with existing customers and develop new customers
• Find solutions to customer needs and problems
• Share technical expertise with colleagues and clients.
Advantages

-Basic salary between $ 70,000 and $ 90,000, varying according to experience

Responsibilities
Technical Representative Instrumentation/Control
-Business development; grow existing accounts and add new customers
-Find solutions to the needs and problems of different customers
-Work jointly with internal vendors
-Ensure close follow-ups on quotations and close the sale at the client
-Share technical expertise with colleagues and clients.
Qualifications
Technical Representative Instrumentation/Control
-Possess at least a technical DEC (instrumentation OR electromechanical OR automation) or other related field
-Experience in instrumentation and/or industrial valves
-Have a team spirit, be in solution mode and collaboration
-Experience in business development and customer service
-Bilingual French-English
