Technical Sales Rep - Machine & Tooling
Ontario

Our client, a supplier for molds and machinery products is currently looking for a Technical Sales Rep.

Responsibilities:
- Work with new and existing customer focusing on Aerospace, Medical, Automotive, Construction, Manufacturing & Oil & Gas
- Act as the point of contact for the sales operations team
- Develop and execute an integrated go-to-market plan
- Define quarterly objectives and drive revenue growth within the organization
- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials and assist with onboarding new sales talent
- Manage the process from beginning to end of tracking the sales and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business
- Attend requested training sessions and conference calls per client’s request

Qualifications
- Education - Mechanical Engineering degree
- Experience in the manufacturing industries, tooling, molds, dies, and custom machinery
- Demonstrated success in a sales
- Ability to understand high-level sales strategies, translate them into system and process requirements, and ensure local execution and business impact
- Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
