Responsibilities
o Meet Canadian sales requirements as established by management and grow the market for IG
products
o Perform sales support activities
o Elaboration of simple quotations based on established sales policies
o Support with pricing based on established sales policies
o Perform technical consulting based on Technical Guidelines
o Perform/Coordinate order entry activities and procedures.
o Follow every order status and keep the sales team and client informed
o Coordinate with International manufacturing plants
o Provide SAP, CRM, and order processing training to new hire
Qualifications
• Degree/College Diploma with strong mechanical aptitude Backgroud or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of French is an asset
• SAP / CRM experience is an advantage
• Experience in Industrial Gears Application and Sales Support will be an asset.
• Communicate effectively through verbal and written communication.
• Ability to organize workload for timely accomplishment of work.
• Ability to read and understand parts lists, catalogues, price books, general factory instructions and other
technical documents.
• Must exhibit good logical technical knowledge and organizational skills.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with continual interruptions.
• The ability to perform the above tasks.
