Responsibilities
· Lead the Service Department and contribute to the improvement of the technical products & processes.
· Manage technical support.
· Work with other departments and leaders of the organization to identify the needs of development and product improvements.
· Manage the group performance, identify problem areas and provide solutions to improve response time & quality of the customer service.
Qualifications
·Electrical and mechanical technologist or 5+ years of equivalent experience
· Excellent communication skills
· Proven leadership skills
· Ability to work flexible hours
· Ability to travel
