Responsibilities
- Supporting customers with technical questions regarding products
- Processing formal quotations and providing technical information and documents to customers
- Some data entry into ERP system
- Interpret complex business documents including customer purchase orders
- Transfer exceptional product knowledge to customers to ensure a smooth process and closed sale
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales experience in the HVAC industry specifically working with fans
- Degree in a technical discipline is an asset
- Experience processing formal quotations for HVAC products
- Clear understanding of technical correspondence from customers and outside sales representatives
- Subject matter expert in HVAC products, specifically fans
- SAP and ERP experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a small team
