What will you do?
As a Technical Support Administrator with our Downtown Vancouver client, you will:
•Provide end user support.
•Manage, update and maintain the associated corporate systems.
•Optimize network hardware and infrastructure systems and desktop support.
•Be the first point of contact for all Vancouver based users.
•Respond/prioritize inquiries/requests and troubleshoot/resolve problems to eliminate recurrences.
•Work on larger corporate infrastructure projects locally and on our global network.

How do you qualify?
To qualify for the Technical Support Administrator role with our Downtown Vancouver client, you must have:
•2-3 years’ experience providing end user support and desktop imaging in a corporate environment.
•Larger network experience preferred.
•Experience providing in-person end user support and training.
•Experience working in and supporting GSuite in a corporate environment.
•Experience with Windows 7/10, Windows Server (2008/ 2012/2016).
•Experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Office.
•Knowledge of Mobile Phones (iPhone, Android).
•Experience working with VMWare, Veeam, Fortinet, Aruba.
•Excellent communication and customer service skills.
