Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Providing tier 1 technical support services to end users;
• Providing mobile devices support services;
• Performing hardware and software installations, upgrades and troubleshooting;
• Managing and prioritizing calls in a help desk ticketing tracking system;
• Providing basic end-user training; and
• Developing knowledge base articles for end users.
Qualifications
SKILLS NEEDED
Must Haves:
- 2+ years experience providing tier 1 call centre and technical support to end users
- Knowledge of ticketing system ( Service Now preferred)
- Experience providing mobile devices support services (Android & iOS)
- Experience performing hardware and software installations, upgrades and troubleshooting
Desktop operating systems: Windows 10, Mac OS;
Mobile operating systems: , iOS, Android;
Nice to Haves:
Microsoft End Point Manager (In Tune)
Summary
Exp. providing tier 1 call centre and technical support to end users ( minimum 2-3 years )
Knowledge of ticketing system ( Service Now preferred) ( minimum 2-3 years )
