Advantages- 3 semaines de vacances- 100% télétravail, 1 fois/semaine au bureau- Assurances collectives dès jour 1- REER- BonisResponsibilities- Codification et préparation des lots ;- Enregistrement des encaissements reçus des clients externes et internes de l’entreprise ;- Effectuer les ajustements nécessaires aux différents comptes en collaboration avec le service du crédit et recouvrement ; - Effectuer le suivi et la conciliation des comptes-clients;- Préparation de la facturation pour des services spécifiques ;- Effectuer la promotion auprès des clients des différentes méthodes de paiements électroniques ;- Produire divers rapports et analyses sur Excel ;- Effectuer des appels de collection à des clients principalement anglophones.Qualifications- Vous détenez un DEC en comptabilité de gestion ou toute autre formation équivalente;- Vous possédez de 1 à 3 années d’expérience pertinente au poste;- Vous maîtrisez les logiciels de la Suite MS Office, dont Excel de façon intermédiaire;- Votre connaissance du logiciel NAV représente un atout;- Vous êtes bilingue (français et anglais) au parlé et à l'écritSummarySi le poste vous intéresse, envoyez-moi votre cv à harmeen.johal@randstad.caRandstad Canada is committed to fostering a workforce reflective of all peoples of Canada.
