We have an immediate need for a temporary administrative Clerk in East Gatineau. Our client, in the restoration services, is looking for an experienced administrative clerk to assist their administrative office for 2-4 weeks. They are located 20 minutes from downtown Ottawa, in the east end of Gatineau. The hours of work are between 7:30 AM and 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

What you will be doing as the temporary administrative clerk:
-Answering phone calls
-Assisting the administrative team with Payroll
-Performing light dispatching to the team
-Scheduling drivers as needed
-Assisting customers with their orders
-other administrative duties as needed

-Can start Immediately, as early as Monday August 3rd
-Free Parking

-Fluently communicate in French (written, read and spoken), English considered an asset
-Ability to use MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
-1-3 years experience in an administrative role
-Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
-Experience scheduling and performing light dispatch duties considered an asset
-Experience processing payroll considered an asset
