Responsibilities
• Basic administrative tasks such as filing and organizing filing cabinets and employee files.
• Answering phones and greeting clients
• Filing, faxing, scanning and photocopying
• Providing back-up coverage as required
• Other tasks as required
Qualifications
Great teamwork and excellent communication skills
Previous administrative experience (or similar) preferred but not required
Outstanding organizational skills as demonstrated by your ability to handle multiple priorities, problem solve and meet deadlines or targets
