Responsibilities
-Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies
-Resolving clients' concerns in a timely and amicable manner.
-Maintaining detailed records on key accounts.
-Establishing and nurturing strong relationships with current and target clients.
-Traveling to businesses to conduct sales presentations.
-Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions
-Discover sales opportunities through consumer research
-Present products and services to prospective customers
-Participate in industry or promotional events (e.g. trade shows) to cultivate customer relationships
-Conduct training in sales techniques and company product attributes
-Assess sales performance according to KPIs
-Monitor competition within assigned region
Qualifications
-Demonstrable experience as a territory account manager.
-A proven history of meeting sales targets and boosting profitability.
-HVAC industry experience is an asset
-Proficiency in customer relationship management software.
-Valid driver's license.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong vertical and lateral thinking abilities.
-The ability to build long-lasting professional relationships.
-A self-driven approach to work.
-Willingness to travel to current and target clients, as required.
