Our client in Victoria is looking a Customer Service Representative to work a 3-month project in. The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours, but if you are only open to part-time we still want to hear from you. We are looking for excellent customer service people! The position would start Jan 2020.

***** This is a 3 month position ******


• Provide first in class service to our customers telephone inquiries in a professional, timely and courteous manner.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies
•Communicate clearly, effectively and empathetically to customers both through telephony and electronic means via email resolving issues and ability to describe various programs/services available to our customers.
• Interpret and identify the customer’s needs and respond appropriately and professionally.
• Obtain relevant information systematically to provide a seamless interaction with our customers when supporting their inquiry.


• Work for a reputable company
• Earn $21 per hour
• Victoria location
• Work full-time hours (7.5 hrs/day)
• 3-month full time or part time – there is flexibility


• 1+ years of high call volume experience or in a contact center environment
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and professional telephone/email etiquette.
• Must be flexible with respect to working hours –needs.
