What’s in it for you?
- Salary range: $30-33 (depending on experience)
- Shift: Rotating – 3 weeks days / 2 weeks afternoons / 1 weeks nights (shift swap available)
- Shift premium – afternoon shift (0.45/hr) and night shift (0.65/hr)

What would your day look like as a tool and die maker?
- Repair and troubleshoot, and make adjustments to transfer and progressive dies
- Build new dies following lean manufacturing initiatives
- Work independently and in a team setting, assisting other tool makers and apprentices
- Abide by all health and safety practices

Who would be an ideal candidate?
- Licensed tool and die maker or 5+ years of experience in the trade (willing to be licensed)
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings
- Strong troubleshooting experience with a focus on die repairs
- Experience working with both transfer and progressive dies
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing
