As a Tool and Die Maker, you will repair and maintain Injection, SMC and Rim tools, ensure minimum tooling downtime for mould operations, facilitate hydraulic equipment issues and drive corrective actions.

Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain Injection, SMC and RIM tools (surface damage, parting lines, engineering changes,
cylinders, seal off, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure all moulds are in constant operating condition
- Responsible for determining when tool cannot be repaired in-house and making arrangements with
production to have tool removed from the machine
- perform duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
- Must be a licensed Tool & Die /Mould maker
- Must have 5 years experience working on large tools, (Injection and/or RIM moulding)
- Must have knowledge of SVG systems, core pulls, hot manifolds, polishing and rebuilds
- Spotting press experience preferred
- CNC lathe and mill experience required
