Permanent Position
Hours: Monday to Friday - Straight Day Shift - Flexible Start Time
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the trades team
- Be a liaison between the General Manager and your team
- Participate in tough repairs/ troubleshooting
- Overlook die life cycle and manage inventory
Qualifications
- Ideally experience with metal extrusion, injection molding, or dies and molds
- Strong technical/ troubleshooting skills
- Preferably experience leading a team, or the kind of character that can command respect
- Strong communication skills
